Account#

How do I sign up? Click Get started. CVinfo.me has its own account system; it isn't shared with other services.

Can I delete my account? Yes — email support@fineupp.com and we remove your account, videos and pages.

Privacy#

Where is my data stored? On servers and object storage in Germany.

Who can watch my videos? Only people with the link. Videos are never listed publicly and are streamed through links that expire.

Do my pages show up on Google? Not unless you switch on Show in search engines for that page.

Payments#

Do credits expire? No.

Is there a subscription? No. You pay per creation; editing is free.

Which payment methods? Everything Stripe offers in your country, including cards.

Products#

What's the maximum video length? 2 minutes for a 2-credit link, 5 minutes for a 5-credit link.

Do I have to upload the same video again for every application? No. Videos live in your library (Dashboard → Videos): upload once, reviewed once, then put it on as many links and pages as you like.

How many slides can a presentation have? Up to 30.

Can I change a page's address? No, the address is fixed. Create a new page if you need a different one.

Can I use JavaScript on an HTML page? No. Scripts are removed to keep every page on cvinfo.me safe for visitors.
