Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is editing really free?
Yes. A link page or presentation is charged once when you create it. Changing, republishing or rolling back never costs anything.
How do I pay?
By card and other methods through a secure payment provider. Your card details never reach CVInfo.me.
What if my AI agent retries a request?
Send an idempotency key with each create and a retry returns the first result without charging again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 14 days of your purchase I refund credits you haven't used yet — just email me. And if something doesn't work as it should, tell me and I'll make it right.
