Job digest
A standing search: every week the AI looks for openings that fit you and saves them with a link to the original posting. Switch it off at any time.
The job digest is the one part of CVinfo.me that works while you are not here. You say what you are looking for once; on a schedule the AI searches the web, keeps the openings that fit, and puts them on a page with a link to each original posting.
Switching it on#
Go to Job digest in the menu.
- Choose weekly or daily. Weekly suits most searches; daily is for a short, intense one.
- Say what you are looking for — "senior data engineer", "product marketing, B2B SaaS". Leave it empty and the search uses your About me.
- Say where — "Berlin or remote (EU)".
- Decide whether to include news notes: hiring rounds, layoffs, funding, each with its source.
The first edition comes with the next run.
What you get#
Each edition is up to six openings and two notes. Every opening carries the title, the company, the location, one line on why it fits you, and a link to the posting it came from.
Save to board puts an opening straight on your applications board, with the company, role and posting URL already filled in. That is the point of the whole feature — the digest is a way of starting applications, not a reading list.
If the e-mail is on, you get the same thing in your inbox. An empty week sends no mail.
What it will not do#
- It does not invent openings. Anything whose address did not come back from a real search is dropped before you see it. A link in your digest is a link you can click.
- It does not pad an empty week. If nothing fit, the edition says so. Widen the what or the where if that keeps happening — the page shows exactly which searches ran, so a dull edition is explainable.
- It does not apply for you. It finds; you decide.
What it costs#
About 0.07 credits per run — roughly four credits a year on a weekly cadence. Each edition shows what it cost. A run that fails costs nothing beyond the searches that actually happened, and the page says so.
If your account runs out of credits the digest switches itself off and tells you by e-mail, so it cannot quietly drain the last of your balance. Switch it back on after topping up.
Switching it off#
Set the cadence to Off on the digest page. To keep the search but stop the mail, turn off by e-mail — or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest e-mail, which does the same thing in one click and changes nothing else.
